Pre-placement Health Screening is a health assessment performed on potential new employees to ensure they have the appropriate level of fitness to perform effectively in their role, with no risk to either themselves or others.  Our Physician and Nurse Advisers have the expertise, knowledge and experience to carry out pre-placement health assessments for new employees to:

• ensure that they are fit for the proposed role, and
• advise the employer of any pre-existing health condition(s) or disability which may affect the job role, advise on Equality Act implications and suitable modifications.

The health assessment screening can be done through the process of a health questionnaire, health interview or medical assessment.
