Rapha Healthcare Limited was established in 2010 to provide quality occupational health services and medical provision to organisations and businesses in both the private and public sectors. We aim to assist with reducing ill health and promoting health and well-being across organisations, that helps businesses and employees attain one of the utmost gifts of all; that of good health.

The company was established out of many years’ experience of nursing in both the NHS and the private sector and commitment to high standard of care to meet the needs of individuals, particularly employees, who need help as a result of an illness or work-related issues to continue working comfortably and safely as long as possible.

The Service Aims/Objectives 

Our aim is to provide a comprehensive and proactive Occupational Health Service that assists our clients to facilitate improvements in the health and welfare of their employees by:

  • Improving the physical and mental health of employees from better management of workplace health and from using the work environment to promote health and to reduce the cost to the organisation of work related ill health and absence
  • Proactively reducing ill health in employees caused, or made worse by work, facilitating those who have been ill, whether caused by work or not, to return to work and stimulate sustained improved attendance;
  • Ensuring the service user obtains best practice compliance with statutory requirements in connection with occupational health policies, procedures and services
  • Working collaboratively with Managers in supporting staff to achieve healthy outcomes for themselves.
