The Management Team, Care Co-ordinators and Field Care Supervisors are all Registered Nurses or Qualified Health Care Assistants who fully co-operative with General Practitioners, Community Nurses, Social Services and other bodies to make sure that our clients receive quality and the best possible care that are suitable to their needs.

We treat all our individual client with their own personal care, interests and medical care needs. This is why we deliver a service which is person-centered and tailored to meet the exact requirements for families and their loved one.

We have a rigorous recruitment process and are committed to providing highly qualified staff who are not only friendly and passionate but also provide excellent care services to our clients, putting our clients first. Our management team and staff have vast practical experience of working in the health sector, providing frontline advice and assistance to vulnerable and marginal groups including the elderly, individuals with physical and mental health issues, and learning disabilities. All our carers speak very good English.

 

Career/Recruitment

We are constantly looking for carers who are patient, caring and compassionate to join our home care team. We have full time, part time, evening and weekend hours to suit your work-life balance or personal commitments. The work is based in and around the Watford area.

We would be interested to hear from candidates who have experience in the NHS, nursing homes for the elderly, those with mental health and learning disability.
