Service provision specifications

The Occupational Health and Wellbeing Service (OHWS) provides a comprehensive range of services that comply with both statutory requirement and local policy in line with the minimum services required by the organisation as described below. Our aim is to provide the highest standards of services both to the employer and its employees.
The service has an advisory role in assisting employers meet their general duty of care under the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 by working alongside management to ensure that the working environment is safe and that a person’s health is not adversely affected by their work activities.

Service delivery

The service can be provided remotely (in our Office) or on a face-to-face basis within the organisation’s premises. The service delivery provision is also partly peripatetic, delivered directly to employees in specific localities. These choices are flexible and available to clients to suit their bespoke requirements and business budgets.
We can offer a full managed retained occupational health service with a named nurse, or on a pay-as-you go service.
